With your staff you have tapped this heart of stone
to allow the tears I have held to flow.
Your living water floods through my desert
and now I can begin, again, to grow.
Awaking my soul from its too-long sleep,
these tears of life have unlocked my cell door.
Set free at last from this prison of grief
You have breathed life into my heart once more.
